Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential alignment with Career.zycto's services.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive introductory calls to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
