Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with opening new bank accounts, explaining different product features and benefits.
- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments, accurately and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through online banking platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services that meet customer needs.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing daily reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal bank procedures, anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on financial literacy and security best practices.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
