Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic procurement plans and initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for money.
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast future demand.
- Ensure compliance with all internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and new technologies to inform procurement strategies.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on purchasing activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices and ethical sourcing principles.

Preferred Qualifications
