Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and monitoring of Career.zycto's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
- Schedule and publish engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, in line with our content calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity relevant to our industry.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the creation of visually appealing graphics and short video clips for social media use.
- Help track and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Research and identify new opportunities for social media engagement and partnerships.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content ideas and campaign strategies.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
