Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough end-to-end analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and risks.
- Map current-state processes using various tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
- Develop and propose innovative future-state process designs, incorporating best practices and technological solutions.
- Quantify potential benefits (cost savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction) of proposed process changes.
- Support the implementation of new processes, including change management, training, and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making further adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and process documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills
