Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough end-to-end analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Map current-state processes using various tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
  • Develop and propose innovative future-state process designs, incorporating best practices and technological solutions.
  • Quantify potential benefits (cost savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction) of proposed process changes.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, including change management, training, and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making further adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and process documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and collaboration on process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Process Improvement Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPR).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
