Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive procurement strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead the entire sourcing process, from supplier identification and qualification to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
- Negotiate advantageous terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to understand requirements and optimize procurement processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance.
- Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar senior role.
