Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to successful candidate placement, specifically focusing on international talent.
- Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates from global markets, utilizing various channels including online platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to understand candidate skills, experience, career aspirations, and suitability for roles within the UK market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies for international hires.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to foreign candidates, including advice on CV optimization, interview preparation, and navigating the UK job market.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for international candidates.
- Stay informed about UK immigration policies and visa requirements that impact international recruitment to provide accurate initial guidance to candidates and clients.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both candidates and clients.
- Contribute to market research and intelligence gathering, identifying emerging trends in international recruitment and talent mobility.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based recruitment targets and KPIs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, preferably with exposure to international recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges and opportunities for foreign professionals seeking employment in the UK.
