Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Ébène, Plaines Wilhems District. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advising our diverse client base on complex cybersecurity challenges, developing robust security strategies, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data. Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, providing expert advice on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management programs.
- Design and implement advanced security architectures, including SIEM, IAM, data protection, and cloud security solutions.
- Develop and review security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Advise clients on incident response planning, security operations, and threat intelligence.
- Mentor and guide junior cybersecurity consultants, fostering their professional growth and technical capabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, findings, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions with broader business objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field.
- Proven expertise in at least two cybersecurity domains (e.g., Security Architecture, GRC, Incident Response, Cloud Security).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT).
- Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CCSP, or AWS/Azure Security certifications.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the African market.
- Prior experience working in a large-scale consulting firm.
