Key Responsibilities
- Carefully and efficiently pick fruits from plants, trees, or bushes according to quality standards.
- Sort and pack harvested produce into designated containers, ensuring minimal damage.
- Identify and report any issues with fruit quality, plant health, or equipment to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and occupational health.
- Operate basic picking tools and equipment safely and responsibly after proper training.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliability and punctuality.
