Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Perform customer segmentation and behavioural analysis to identify target audiences and personalization opportunities across channels.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics (web analytics, social media, email) to optimize channel performance and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement strategies for new initiatives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets to provide strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes, customer churn, and identify potential risks/opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, fostering data literacy.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all marketing data sources and reporting.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in marketing analytics, data science, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create insightful dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data modeling.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, understanding its unique data landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and causal inference.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and their integration with marketing analytics.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for marketing applications such as recommendation engines or lead scoring.
