Key Responsibilities
- Assist claims adjusters with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Communicate professionally with policyholders, agents, and third parties to gather information and provide updates.
- Prepare and process claim-related correspondence, reports, and forms accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for claims adjusters as needed.
- Verify policy information and coverage details to support the claims process.
- Assist in responding to inquiries from policyholders regarding their claim status.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
