Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Officer to join our dedicated team in Harrow, London. This pivotal full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an English-speaking professional to play a critical part in upholding our commitment to regulatory adherence and ethical conduct within a fast-paced and evolving industry. As a Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing our robust compliance programs, ensuring that all our operations meet both internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of independently navigating complex regulatory landscapes while collaborating effectively with various departments.

Your responsibilities will span across a broad spectrum of compliance areas, from anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) to data protection (GDPR), consumer protection, and industry-specific regulations relevant to our sector. You will be expected to stay consistently abreast of the latest regulatory changes and legislative developments, interpret their implications for our business model, and proactively translate these into actionable policies, procedures, and internal controls. This role demands a highly proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the proven ability to communicate complex compliance matters clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Your ability to articulate regulatory requirements and potential risks will be paramount in fostering a compliant culture.

You will be deeply involved in conducting regular compliance reviews, comprehensive risk assessments, and targeted internal audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance, weaknesses in controls, and emerging risks. Based on these findings, you will be tasked with recommending and overseeing the implementation of effective corrective actions and enhancements. Furthermore, a significant part of your role will involve designing and delivering essential training sessions to staff on compliance-related topics, fostering a strong culture of compliance, awareness, and ethical behaviour throughout the organisation. This is not just a role for maintaining existing standards; it’s a unique opportunity to shape them, contributing directly to Career.zycto’s reputation for unwavering integrity and responsible business practices. If you are passionate about regulatory compliance, possess a strong command of the English language, and are eager to make a tangible impact, we invite you to explore this challenging and highly impactful career opportunity.
