Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and maintain administrative systems, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met across various initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
