Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Office Runner & Document Delivery Specialist to join our growing team in Migori. This pivotal role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring the smooth flow of essential documents and administrative tasks. As our Office Runner, you will be the linchpin connecting various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and secure delivery of critical paperwork, packages, and communications. You’ll be responsible for executing daily errands, maintaining office supplies, and providing crucial support that allows our recruitment consultants to focus on their core mission.

Your day will involve a variety of tasks, from meticulously preparing documents for dispatch and recording their movement, to navigating the local area to ensure urgent deliveries reach their destinations promptly and safely. You’ll represent Career.zycto professionally during external interactions, upholding our reputation for efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently collect, sort, and distribute internal and external mail, documents, and packages.
  • Perform timely and secure deliveries and pickups of documents, parcels, and other items to and from clients, government offices, and other external locations within Migori County.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing documents, including dates, recipients, and senders.
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and assist with procurement when necessary.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc requests and errands, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with internal staff and external contacts.

  • Familiarity with Migori County's geography and key administrative locations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Kiswahili
