Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with company objectives and regional demands.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
- Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Implement and leverage logistics software and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance visibility.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure integrated and responsive logistics support.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within logistics operations to minimize environmental impact.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems (LMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CILT).
