Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and transfers.
  • Verify customer identity for all transactions and maintain strict adherence to security and compliance procedures.
  • Handle cash responsibly, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, and banking products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products or refer them to specialist staff.
  • Educate customers on various banking channels, such as online banking and mobile apps.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
