Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Actively participate in sales promotions and special events.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Open and close the store as required, following established procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic math skills and experience handling cash/credit transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles.
