Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive process analysis and value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational efficiency and identify trends.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Utilize statistical analysis and simulation software to model processes, forecast performance, and validate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and technologies seamlessly into existing operations.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new methodologies in industrial engineering and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role, preferably within consulting or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Expertise in process mapping, time and motion studies, and facility layout design.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Minitab, Arena, or similar simulation/statistical software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or an MBA.
- Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with supply chain optimization and logistics management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Prior consulting experience working with diverse clients and industries.
- Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 concepts.
