Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to established brand standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all furniture and fixtures.
- Clean, sanitize, and polish bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Maintain a neat and organized cart and storage area, ensuring adequate supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
