As a Room Attendant, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, directly contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of everyone who stays with us. This role involves a variety of tasks, from making beds and refreshing linens to vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, all while adhering to strict health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to established brand standards and procedures.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean, sanitize, and polish bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
  • Maintain a neat and organized cart and storage area, ensuring adequate supplies.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
