Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, lobby, and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for internal meetings and external client visits.
  • Support office supply management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required.
