As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product questions, and service-related concerns.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to customer service processes and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and proactive problem-solving.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote environment to achieve collective goals.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar customer support platforms.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience in a remote customer support role previously.
