Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing company operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Help with the development and implementation of compliance training materials for employees.
- Conduct research on new and updated regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
- Participate in risk assessment activities and help identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team as needed.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Business, Law, Finance, Public Administration, or related field).
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
