Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to learners, focusing on English language development and academic subjects.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) or learning support strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support students in developing independent learning skills and confidence.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Prepare and adapt learning materials to suit diverse learner needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively and promote positive interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student support as required.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of learning difficulties and differentiated instruction.
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student development.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
