Key Responsibilities

- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations, theses, and research projects.
- Conduct independent research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and academic conferences.
- Actively participate in curriculum development and program review initiatives.
- Provide academic advice, pastoral care, and mentorship to students.
- Engage in departmental, faculty, and institutional administrative duties.

Required Skills
