Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items according to established procedures.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or missing items and report them promptly to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
- Assist guests with special requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised linen closet and housekeeping cart.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and guest privacy.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences and high guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
