Job Description

You will undergo extensive training to master all aspects of airline operations, from safety procedures and emergency protocols to premium service delivery and cultural sensitivity. Your day-to-day will involve pre-flight checks, welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding, serving meals and beverages, managing in-flight sales, and most importantly, acting as a crucial first responder in any emergency situation. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight, adhering strictly to aviation regulations and company policies.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, responding proactively to passenger needs and special requests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Conducting pre-flight checks of safety equipment and cabin cleanliness, ensuring all standards are met.
  • Assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and baggage, and providing information about the flight, destination, and in-flight services.
  • Serving meals, beverages, and selling duty-free items, accurately handling transactions and inventory.
  • Managing medical emergencies, passenger disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances calmly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating effectively with the flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Representing the airline with professionalism and upholding its reputation for excellence.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and promptly.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a face-to-face role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to swim unassisted.
  • Hold a valid passport with at least 12 months validity.
  • Medically fit to meet aviation authority requirements.
  • Age 18+ at the time of application.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language proficiency (especially European or Asian languages).
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, or airline industry.
  • First Aid or CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.
