Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a variety of data from source documents into our computer systems and databases.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information in compliance with bank policies.
  • Organize and file digital and physical documents after data entry to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure preservation and integrity of information.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files efficiently.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations and departmental goals.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
