Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counselling to clients experiencing acute distress.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, including housing, healthcare, and financial assistance.
- Facilitate referrals to community services and specialized programs, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Required Skills
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW).
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in a social work role, preferably in community or mental health settings.
