Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or incidents under supervision.
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
