Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage general office correspondence.
- Maintain an organized and clean office environment, including common areas, meeting rooms, and individual workstations.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support event planning for internal company activities and meetings.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash when necessary.
