Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with top-tier talent through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles and client companies.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with candidates, providing expert career guidance and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic objectives, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, effectively articulating their strengths and suitability for the role.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies and advise clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to strategy development and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related sales/account management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates in professional roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting within specific sectors such as Technology, Finance, Marketing, or similar professional services.
  • Certification in recruitment practices (e.g., REC).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar premium sourcing platforms.
  • A strong network of professional contacts in the Leeds/UK market.
