Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Hacker to join our dynamic, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive growth strategies across all stages of the user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral).
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement across our platforms and marketing channels.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and features.
- Research and identify emerging trends, tools, and platforms in growth hacking and digital marketing to keep Career.zycto at the forefront.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to maximize ROI.
- Create and refine user segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences and targeted campaigns.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of growth initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in a Growth Hacker, Growth Marketing, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Expert-level knowledge of various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
