Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Accurately process all transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
- Handle cash and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, and provide product information as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer service.
