Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students requiring additional support.
- Help manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Prepare educational materials, organize resources, and maintain classroom tidiness.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, including lunch, recess, and transitions.
- Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans (IEPs) where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding student progress and concerns.
