Key Responsibilities
- Interpret screenplays and develop a cohesive artistic vision for film projects.
- Lead and motivate cast and crew throughout all stages of production, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
- Oversee casting, set design, cinematography, editing, sound, and visual effects to align with the creative direction.
- Manage production schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate closely with producers, writers, and other department heads to achieve project objectives.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and direction to actors and technical personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices on set.
- Participate in post-production, including editing, sound mixing, and color grading, to finalize the film.

Required Skills
- Proven track record of directing at least 3-5 feature films or significant short films/documentaries.
