Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Influencer Manager to join our growing team in Nether Poppleton, York. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, a passion for digital trends, and exceptional communication skills, specifically targeting English-speaking markets and audiences. As our Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and enhance brand visibility for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Your day-to-day will involve identifying, vetting, and nurturing relationships with a wide array of content creators, from micro-influencers to established personalities, primarily within English-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored for English-speaking audiences.
- Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from initial brief development to content approval and final reporting.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines in influencer marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, and legal teams to ensure campaign synergy.
- Manage budgets effectively, track expenses, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for influencer campaigns.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, campaign metrics, and derive actionable insights.
