Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and dependency management.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, transparent communication on program status, achievements, and challenges.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members within the program, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in program and project management methodologies.
- Conduct post-program reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or senior project management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology programs.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Expertise in risk management and change management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
