Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and dependency management.
  • Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, transparent communication on program status, achievements, and challenges.
  • Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and team members within the program, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in program and project management methodologies.
  • Conduct post-program reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or senior project management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Expertise in risk management and change management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Prior experience in the technology consulting or solutions industry.
