Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive instructional materials for diverse English-speaking audiences, utilizing a range of modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analyses to identify learning objectives and tailor content effectively.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, clarify learning outcomes, and ensure accuracy and relevance of course material.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design, e-learning, and adult education.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or conceptual information into clear and concise learning content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related discipline.
