Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to assess client needs and concerns.
- Develop and execute personalized skincare treatment plans, including facials, peels, and other advanced treatments.
- Perform various facial treatments such as deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and massage.
- Recommend appropriate professional skincare products and home care routines to clients.
- Educate clients on skin health, product usage, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in all treatment areas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product developments through continuous learning.
- Manage appointment bookings, client records, and inventory of skincare products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent esthetician license/certification)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Skin Care Specialist or Esthetician.
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions.
- Proficiency in performing various facial treatments and using professional skincare equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong sales and product recommendation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
