Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full life cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer, for various roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment processes and tools.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and close candidates effectively across diverse industries.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment software/tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
