Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding food and beverage items, and make informed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sidestations and service equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and provincial liquor licensing regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a busy restaurant setting.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) as required.
Preferred Qualifications
