Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient RPA solutions using leading platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Create detailed process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Perform thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing RPA processes to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from deployed bots in a timely manner.
- Implement best practices for RPA development, governance, and security.
- Provide technical support and guidance to business users and junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in RPA development.
- Proficiency with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (e.g., C#, Python, Java, VB.NET).
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in creating documentation (PDD, SDD).
