Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex actuarial analyses, including pricing, reserving, forecasting, and capital modeling for various financial products.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated actuarial models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed actuarial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, product development, finance, and risk management, to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to assess their potential impact on our business and recommend appropriate adjustments.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or significant progress towards Fellowship (FSA).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive actuarial experience in financial services or insurance.
- Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., GGY AXIS, Prophet, MoSes) and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
- Strong understanding of actuarial principles, financial modeling, and risk management techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
