Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions primarily on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and best practice guidelines.
- Lead the migration of on-premise applications and infrastructure to cloud environments.
- Ensure adherence to industry-standard security practices and regulatory compliance in all cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct performance analysis, cost optimization, and capacity planning for cloud resources.
- Evaluate new cloud technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in incident management and problem resolution for critical cloud infrastructure.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a similar senior cloud role.
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with relevant certifications.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity and access management (IAM), and data services.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Solid grasp of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
