Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and manage the spa's budget, aiming to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Design, implement, and update innovative spa treatment menus and retail product offerings.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of spa products and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across all spa facilities.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the luxury wellness sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and POS systems.
  • Solid understanding of spa treatments, therapies, and product lines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of diverse wellness practices, holistic therapies, and aesthetic treatments.
  • Experience in marketing and social media promotion for a luxury brand.
  • Established network within the wellness or hospitality industry.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
