Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and manage the spa's budget, aiming to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Design, implement, and update innovative spa treatment menus and retail product offerings.
- Manage inventory and ordering of spa products and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across all spa facilities.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the luxury wellness sector.
- Demonstrable experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in spa management software and POS systems.
- Solid understanding of spa treatments, therapies, and product lines.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
