Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement optimized systems and workflows using industrial engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, simulation).
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor process effectiveness and identify trends.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate solution implementation.
- Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to support decision-making and validate proposed improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation of projects, recommendations, and results.
- Provide technical guidance and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in industrial engineering.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual collaboration and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
Preferred Qualifications
