Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Load and unload materials and products onto the production line, ensuring accurate placement and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and promoting a safe working environment.
- Follow production schedules and targets, working efficiently to meet daily output requirements.
- Assist with basic machinery maintenance and troubleshooting, reporting complex issues to senior technicians.
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and precise.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English for clear communication and understanding of instructions.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (minimum 6 months).
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
