Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during flights, adhering strictly to aviation regulations and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and communicate safety procedures clearly to passengers.
- Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, administering first aid as required and following emergency protocols.
- Manage and resolve passenger conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately, including incident reports and cabin logs.
- Maintain a high level of personal presentation and adhere to uniform standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated customer service experience (minimum 1 year).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
- Valid passport with the ability to obtain necessary work permits and visas for Canada.
- Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to swim unassisted.
