Job Description

This unique role is specifically designed for professionals with a connection to or understanding of American business contexts and environmental regulations, enabling us to bridge transatlantic sustainability efforts. As a Carbon Analyst, you will be instrumental in helping our diverse client base understand, measure, and reduce their carbon footprint, driving meaningful environmental change.
Your primary focus will involve rigorous data collection, analysis, and interpretation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across various scopes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust carbon accounting models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards such as the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, and potentially US-specific regulations like those from the EPA or state-level initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who can bring a nuanced understanding of both global best practices and the specific reporting requirements or cultural considerations often encountered by US-based organizations or international firms with significant US operations.
We expect you to play a key role in preparing comprehensive sustainability reports, carbon reduction strategies, and scenario analyses. Your expertise will directly inform strategic decision-making for our clients, guiding them towards more sustainable practices and helping them achieve their Net-Zero targets. You’ll contribute to impact assessments, lifecycle analyses, and support the integration of climate-related financial disclosures (e.g., TCFD) into corporate reporting. The work is dynamic, challenging, and offers immense potential for professional growth in a critical sector.
Joining our team means becoming part of a collaborative, international environment where your insights are valued, and your development is prioritized. You will work closely with consultants, project managers, and technical specialists from various backgrounds, offering a truly global perspective on sustainability challenges. This is more than just a data analysis role; it’s an opportunity to apply your analytical skills and unique perspective to drive tangible environmental impact and shape the future of sustainable business from our UK headquarters. If you are an American professional eager to make a global difference in carbon management, we encourage you to apply.
