Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the gym, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member experience.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate gym staff, including personal trainers, group exercise instructors, and front desk personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and improve member retention.
- Oversee the development and scheduling of fitness programs, classes, and personal training services.
- Manage facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory control.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture for both members and staff.
- Organize and promote gym events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Solid understanding of fitness trends, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
